A Child Is Born
A child arrives, soft breath, fresh light,
held in arms so warm and bright.
From deepest love, a gentle start,
a shining hope within the heart.
Pure as dawn’s first golden ray,
a new tomorrow born today.
Dreams take flight on breezes mild,
welcoming this precious child.
No words can hold this glowing grace,
a sparkling life, a shining place.
Born of love, so clear and true,
the world is bright and new with you.
Sleep now, little one, in peace and calm,
wrapped in love’s soft, healing balm.
Forever safe in gentle care,
a tender world is waiting there.
