Suffocation is how you described it and so,

I left, to give you the space to regroup,

Lining our empty life with stillness to

Enclose you while you got your thoughts together.

Now, you crave my return but the parries of battle start the

Cutting that can't be staunched by cotton wool's resistance, as soon as I

Enter the door, and the silence returns with the noise of our end.
