Bryn Celli Ddu
An Englyn Byr Cwca Inspired By A Beautiful Work By Angie Livingstone, The Glittering Fox

Introduction
This is my ninety-sixth piece inspired by Angie Livingstone's inspirational artwork.
Bryn Celli Ddu is a chambered burial chamber in Anglesey, Wales. Its name means 'the mound in the dark grove'.
This is An Englyn Byr Cwca. Although the tercet is defined, for this I have written five tercets.

I really like this, Mike <3 Beautifully done
πΌThis piece is truly divine; it serves as a haunting tribute to those resting within the tomb. With every line, I can hear the rising and falling cadence of a deep sleep from below. Your choice of the Welsh Bryn Celli Ddu over the English translation was masterful; the English meaning could never have stirred such goosebumps. There is a beautiful flutter in the wind here, leaving a sweet assonance in its wake.
