Editors, editors! Do you edit?

Deliver us from typos and errors!

I see them breaking rhythm and credit;

Tenaciously holding English mirrors.

One mistake can be divine but not ten.

Redact before you publish anything!

Save us from French; I mean a leaking pen!

Editing is a task; not a word sting.

Diagnosis yields good in most cases

In as much a text is very concise.

Those that perceive them with purblind graces

Ought to never give grammatic advice.

Righting misspelled words does not seem profound.

Shakespeare did not: To be or not to bound.

This is, of course, fiction : )
