I'm just frustrated today.
I woke up with two left feet
and a bag full of wrongdoings.
My coffee spilled on my dress.
My Amazon package is a soggy glob,
And nothing's fitting into my boss's schedule.
I'm just frustrated and it's only 9:30.
What's in store for 10, 10:30 and the rest of my day that barely started?
I only have 2 feet 'to left,'
One coffee to spill,
And no more amazon packages to ruin.
Yet something inside me- that mounting frustration
Tells me, there's still a lot to wrong today.
And a lot more frustration to come...
Keep another foot handy
And maybe don't attempt another coffee.

Belle of the Bayou
Bad move, cher. Not just the slip of her kitten heel on the rainy February cobblestones in the Fourth Ward. She got caught snooping. Detective Deleon clucked and strutted like a rooster in his rush to clear her from the scene, waving cigar smoke to and fro as he gesticulated amid the thick air of the speak easy. An experienced crime reporter, Marie knew better than to let the coppers catch her on the wrong side of the line, but curiosity had gotten the better of her.

One of those what else could go wrong days. . Hang in there. Such an enjoyable poem, I laughed but my wife says I have a warped sense of humor. Enjoyed it - You have a way of making people laugh even though you are having a bad day.
