A bottle of essences

powerful forces

bending reality

a mirror shows

what cannot be seen

eyes locked

on what's around

sink into the background

disappear into nothing

darkness becoming

~

see death

make it a friend

watch physical forms dissipate

empty room, empty space

more than the eyes can see

what can't be

third eye can see

when the mirror reflects it back

with honesty

~

energy floating purple atop

nothing left

nothing left

eyes shut

death

death

❤️❤️ Wow: this is very profound. I see a powerful Paradox (contradictory truth) in the line "see death, make it a friend". It allows me to leave reality and enter the mirror: my third eye. The Diacope (repetition with a word between) in "empty room, empty space" took the ground from beneath me: it helped me sink into a meditative state where I was no longer afraid.

  • Love the gothic touch ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️WOW ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The contrast between emptiness and perception is striking empty room, empty space somehow feels full of presence.

This feels so fragile and powerful in the same time. You wrote it masterfully, Tanya!

I love how this blurs the boundary between seeing and knowing.

  • This was so poignantly beautiful. Loved it!

And now, I am quite intrigued on knowing who is the one standing in front of that mirror, looking at their own reflection, while having a moment of incertitude. Part Two, coming up?
