No sound
Patience growing the doctors glory, the baby gave a shout

So sudden was the darkness, when the child could hear no sound.
Upon the fathers lap, lays a mother’s hand in doubt.
Reading over the babies shoulder the hearing aid fell out.
Patience growing the doctor’s glory, the baby gave a shout.
Running to the doctors, the parents thanked the man.
Interest in tomorrow, the child will raise his hand.
School is for the children’s mind and hearing aids are fine.
Evening came and the doors shut close and the child heard all this while

This is strong. It hits home. My life is dedicated to children. The world is not beautiful when they suffer. A hand of protection and help to a child opens the doors of paradise. A smile spreads our childhood fears and insecurities. I talk a lot at times, but I know how to love and ask for forgiveness.
It seems simple but it is difficult to understand at once, beautifully written.
