Roots of the Mind

Thoughts destroy a fragile mind

Roots of the Mind

Branches twist, shadows grow,

A tangled forest we barely know.

The weight of thoughts, both dark and deep,

A restless storm that robs our sleep.

Birds of doubt take flight and perch,

Within the soul, they start their search.

For peace, for calm, a steady ground,

In minds where silence is rarely found.

But through the gray, a light breaks through,

A voice that whispers, “You’ll make it too.”

For every tree that sways and bends,

Holds roots of strength that time defends.

fragile thoughts can rip apart

battles fought within the heart.

Together we rise, no shame, no fear,

every mind deserves to be clear.

We should all be as sturdy as a tree. Good job.
