A Poem

By Kale SinclairPublished 19 days ago 1 min read

Solitude for the sake of solitude can be rewarding,

if your mental migration returns you

to the source of your hurting.

Beneath the waves,

light is scarce, and night is lurking.

If pain is darkness, then healing is morning.

As children of nature, we exist in a

paradoxical cycle of connected solitude.

Individually small, yet woven together

to create Earth’s magnetic magnitude.

We must all find a way to make peace with ourselves and whomever else around us. Good job.
