Why I’m Choosing a Diamond Band Over a Solitaire: A Lesson in Practical Luxury
There is a weight to the word "forever." In the UK, we are often taught that this weight should be reflected in the size of a diamond perched on a platinum claw. But as I sat in a small jeweller's shop last month, staring at a stunning 2-carat solitaire, I felt... nothing. Well, not nothing—I felt a sense of looming anxiety.

Three Actresses, Two Faces, One Memorable Character: A Look at Neely Capshaw
In all of my stories about Cobra Kai, I've said that watching that show back in September 2023 helped me get through an illness I had. It was around Labor Day Weekend that I was watching that awesome show, and it was at that same time that I was sick to the point where I thought I had COVID for the second time (I first caught it on November 1, 2022). So yeah, Cobra Kai was a show that helped. It wasn't the only one.

The Immensely Fantabulous Career of Catherine O'Hara
This really hurts, big time. On January 30, 2026, we all received the news that still hurts us: Catherine O'Hara passed away at the age of 71. An amazing, iconic, and talented actress with a career that spanned five decades, Catherine Anne O'Hara was born on March 4, 1954 (a Pisces, like myself) in Toronto, and it was in that same city that she began her comedy career with The Second City in 1974. Two years later, O'Hara began her eight year run on the sketch comedy series, SCTV, which was the original Canadian clone of Saturday Night Live and pre-dated another Canadian sketch comedy series, Kids in the Hall, by just over a decade and a half.

Beyoncé’s Billionaire Triumph Redefines Power, Ownership, and Modern Creative Excellence
Beyoncé’s ascent to billionaire status is not merely a personal milestone—it is a cultural verdict. When Forbes affirmed on December 29, 2025 that the Houston-born artist has officially crossed the ten-figure threshold, the acknowledgment resonated far beyond balance sheets and brand valuations. It signaled that disciplined excellence, artistic sovereignty, and strategic patience can coexist in an industry long hostile to creators—especially Black women—owning the fruits of their labor.

Never Laugh at Woman's Pain
This story involves a life lesson learning experience for all women that they need to know and understand why they should never laugh at a woman’s pain because when she deals with it you will endure what she has. This story involves reality star and business Miss Nikki, former NBA basketball player/ wannabe rapper Gelo Ball, and Wild n Out gal Rashidia Nicole. Before I start to address this whole story and this is not a diss towards anyone, honestly, I was never involve in their lives and it is not my business to tell so. This is just a epitome of never laughing at woman’s pain.

Boston Baked Betrayal: A Look at Nikki Bella's Villainous Turn. Top Story - November 2025.
The November 10, 2025 edition of Monday Night Raw will forever be remembered as one of the most magical Raws in WWE history. It started off on a magical note already. John Cena, for the first time in his storied and iconic career, finally... finally captured the Intercontinental Championship. He did it! He completed the Grand Slam, joining the prestigious list that includes Edge, Jeff Hardy, Triple H, Shawn Michaels, Rey Mysterio, and someone who we are still mourning 20 years later, Eddie Guerrero. Raw kicked off with something that I had been waiting at least a decade for.

Old lady grumbling about work
Happy October! May the leaves change colors in glorious autumn fashion and may you enjoy a tasty pumpkin spiced latte or donut this morning. I am here at my desk with a Maxwell House coffee brewed out of the cheapest coffee maker on the Walmart shelf. I like it. One button and will brew the cheapest coffee on the shelf. Good. I'm broke and I'm cheap just like my coffee maker.
