The Murder of 3-Year-Old Precious Doe
On April 28, 2001, the body of a 3-year-old girl was found near Hibbs Park in Kansas City, Missouri. The head had been decapitated from the body but found two days later stuffed inside a garbage bag approximatley200 yards from the location of the body. An autopsy confirmed the girl had been sexually assaulted before she was brutally kicked and beaten with an ashtray (found beside her body) and then butchered to death. No one knew the identity of the girl for four long years. Police gave her the nickname, Precious Doe.

Grace Packer Murdered as Part of Adoptive Mom & Her Boyfriend's Rape Fantasy
Sara Packer formerly worked as a county adoption supervisor in Doylestown, PA. Over the years, she fostered dozens of kids. Grace was among those kids. She eventually adopted the girl when she was 9-years-old. Grace had been through the system most of her life. Past reports included allegations of molestation, although officials were not sure who molested her. Little did anyone know that Sara had evil intentions in her mind. Grace was nothing more than a paycheck for Sara and she despised the girl.

The Torture & Murder of Vera Jo Reigle
.Born with intellectual disabilities in 1986, Vera Jo Messersmith Reigle experienced a traumatic childhood marred by sexual abuse inflicted by her father, Willard Reigle. Willard began sexually abusing 11-year-old Vera, landing him a 20-year prison sentence. Vera lived with ADHD and according to family members, “had the mind of an 8-12 year-old.” She was a sweet, caring girl from Findlay, Ohio, who went out of her way to make others happy.

137 Shots in Cleveland
On November 29, 2012, Cleveland police officers mistook the backfire from a 1979 Chevy Malibu as gunfire as it pulled off after a traffic stop. Officers hopped inside their patrol cars and took off after the vehicle, occupied by Timothy Russell and Malissa Williams. After the pursuit began in downtown Cleveland, officers requested backup, stating the occupants of the car held a gun out the window and fired at them. In total, more than 100 officers in 62 patrol cars joined the 22-minute, 23-mile pursuit that ended when officers fired 137 rounds into the fleeing vehicle, hitting Russell 23 times and Williams 24 times.

The $1.79 Orange Juice Murder of Latasha Harlins
Two weeks after officers with the LAPD furiously beat Rodney King after a traffic stop, a 15-year-old girl named Latasha Harlins lost her life when a convenience store owner named Soon Ja Du shot her dead after an argument over a $1.79 bottle of orange juice. Like the officers involved in the beating of King, Jo Du did not serve any prison time for Latasha’s murder. These two events detonated the high racial tensions already present in Los Angeles, leading to the LA Riots that erupted the following year. This is the story of Latasha Harlins.

What Happened to Noah McIntosh?
Police suspect 8-year-old Noah McIntosh met a particularly gruesome death at the hands of his father, Bryce McIntosh sometime between March 3 and March 4, 2019. Surveillance footage obtained by police shows Bryce purchasing acidic drain cleaner, muriatic acid, drain cleaner, and other items from a Corona, CA, Home Depot.
