One Line Says It All (All the World's a Stage)
January 21 being "National One-Liners Day" amused him, because the one-liner was a unique construct. He recognized it shared something with poetry, packing into so few words entire treatises — entire expositions. It wasn't some aphorism with just a beginning, middle, and end. One-liners are deceptive in that they're not really linear. Pithy wisdom is a tessaract in the human mind.

So Many Commemorations, So Few Days
January 19 is National Popcorn Day, National Gun Appreciation Day, and New Friends Day. National Without a Scalpel Day
On January 16, 1964, the specialty of interventional radiology and, by association, minimally invasive surgery, was created when an angioplasty performed by Dr. Charles Dotter resulted in a Band-Aid instead of a possible amputation. Today, hysterectomies are removed through the navel and gallbladders by robots.
