Is vocal a lidget thing?
I’ve been posting Alot of my writing here on Vocal for a few years now. I’ve been sharing, posting and entering contasts when I can. I’ve noticed the number of view over all and the views on each story isn’t adding up. Like the stories having been read by people but the story say 0 views but the over all views goes up. So, how accurate are the views for each story truly work?

Amelia had been working late since Thursday’s were the busiest day of the week. Which meant the store was open late. Amelia owned a yoga studio with the store front being a bookstore. Yoga classes ran till 10 pm. She didn’t mind that as much because it meant she could hang out in the book section of the store and stalk shelves with the new arrivals. Plus, she lived just upstairs, so it's not like she had to travel very far to get home.

Writers
For as long as I could remember writing was a way for me to escape the real world and allow me to just melt away with a pen and paper. I didn’t have the ability to control or rewrite my reality. I didn’t have much of a choice, writing gave me that opportunity to be in charge for once, be able to write outcomes for things because at least when it came to my imagination, a pen and a piece of paper it was like the world was sitting in my hand.
