Two Party System
For anyone who doesn't know, I live in Canada. I live in the so called bible belt capital, the most conservative province-Alberta. Canada for the last decade has had a liberal federal government which I attribute to many current failures. However, lately politics is choosing the lesser of the two evils. In the States for example, you have the Democrats and the Republicans. I think anyone is well aware that President Trump is failing his people. He has a cult following and while his first term may have had some promise, he has turned a corner and seems to be acting on impulse and polarizing the country.

Hall of Memories. Top Story - November 2025. Content Warning.
On September 20th, 2019, I called an Uberxl. On previous days I had been secretly packing my belongings in garbage bags and putting them outside the side door. At around 4 A.M. the car showed up, and I loaded it with my belongings and headed to my new home. This was the day I escaped my old home and my parents. I was 35.

Summer of 94. Top Story - July 2025. Content Warning.
It was 1994. I had just finished my fourth year of school. I had left on a bit of a high note too. I had won the math contest and was looking forward to the holidays. Most summers we would go on a trip, however this year we were getting our house renovated. We were pretty much confined to the basement and most of the time watching TV or playing Nintendo.
