Sturdy elements sucked nourishment from earth’s breast in ancient embrace and grew everything from dysprosium to diamonds yet here goes us, arrested mid-development kids engrossed in digging holes deep enough to reach China, to become adults who call themselves archeologists, advancing theoreticals to lead expeditions and pinpoint places inside lost selves that left clues like they knew we’d be a civilization lost.
