"Grandma" by Uneasy Game Studios Review
“Grandma” first came on my radar in late 2017 on itch.io (a great resource for indie games), when word spread of a jumpscare-heavy game. I usually assume rumors are exaggerated, but I was not expecting the loud sounds and sudden noises from this game. But, they were not a bad thing in this case. It is definitely recommended headphones are used in case you have sleeping children or roommates.

The Game That Saved a Life: A True Story of Chess, War, and Redemption
“The Game That Saved a Life: A True Story of Chess, War, and Redemption” In the heart of war-torn Sarajevo, 1993, amidst shattered buildings and the constant threat of sniper fire, a game of chess unfolded that would forever change two lives. I Played God of War: Ragnarok During a Breakup—and This Is What I Learned. AI-Generated.
I didn’t buy God of War: Ragnarok because I needed a distraction. I bought it because I needed a reason to stay awake. It was late November, the days turning gray faster than my thoughts could catch up. I’d just come back from the worst kind of conversation—the kind that ends in silence and the slow click of a door that might never open again.

The Best Call of Cthulhu Scenarios for Beginner Keepers
Running Call of Cthulhu for the first time can feel overwhelming. The tone is different from most TTRPGs. The system is percentile based and your players are likely walking into the unknown with wide eyes and no weapons strong enough to save them.

Advice for Running 'The Lightless Beacon' for Call of Cthulhu 7e
The Lightless Beacon is one of the shorter and most accessible scenarios for first time Keepers, though I often take to expanding it slightly. As it stands, this is one of my favorite one-shot scenarios, and I have run it over a half-dozen times for various groups and never had a group not love it. Written to celebrate the game's 40th anniversary and available as a free download from Chaosium here! This scenario strands investigators on a desolate island with a failing lighthouse, missing crew and something...wrong!
