Could Silver the Hegdehog be Shadow's Grandson?

Lately, I have been seeing comments on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube saying that Silver is Shadow the Hedgehog’s son. This could be true because there are some similarities between them. For example, the highlighted area around their eyes. Shadow has it red, while Silver is black.

Another similarity worth noting is the chest fur—both Silver and Shadow have the same pattern, just in different sizes. While Shadow’s crest sits on his chest, Silver’s chest crest not only rests on his chest but also goes around his neck. Building on these similarities, there’s another significant detail: the inhibitor rings. Shadow has two on his wrists and two on his ankles. These keep his powers under control; if he removes them, he can still control his abilities, but he becomes so powerful that he could drain his energy to the point where he can’t escape or use Chaos Control. Silver also has inhibitor rings both on his wrists and on his ankles but they're slightly bigger.

So here's what I'm guessing, I don't think Silver is Shadow's son in fact I believe Silver is Shadow’s grandson because if you recall in the video game

Sonic 06 Mephiles the dark or as I like to call him Mephiles the lazyass bitch, he tells Shadow that the humans feared Shadow and he was captures then put in a vessel,

because when Iblis was released, and brought destruction to the world, Shadow was blamed because they assumed it was the logical reason an alien hedgehog with immense chaos powers is responsible for “the end of the world” so who's to say while Shadow was in that vessel in his hibernated state,

That G.U.N (Gaurdians of the United Nations) tried to pull the same thing like Gerald Robotnik did when he was creating Shadow and perhaps G.U.N was creating a weapon of their own and by doing so, were taking samples from Shadow and that's where Shadow’s son or daughter was born.

And when those offspring grew up with powers, they didn’t like the life they had and wanted their children to be free, not end up like them or, worse, like their biological father, Shadow. So, perhaps they escaped the laboratory, and those hedgehogs gave birth to Silver. (That's just my theory, again, don't quote me on that. I’m just trying to be logical about how Silver came to be and who his parents were. But I do find it interesting to hear how other fans think of who Silver’s parents were.)

Remember, technology changes all the time, so who's to say that when the world collapsed, G.U.N. technology could be so advanced that they could clone or develop Mobians in vessels on Earth or in a space ark? After all, “50 years ago,” they did have the technology and the funding to create Shadow. This is confirmed by Rouge the Bat in the video game Sonic X Shadow Generation.

So, who is to say maybe G.U.N has DNA samples of Sonic, Knuckles, Tails, Amy Rose, and even Rouge the Bat? In a storage facility, a project is underway to create Laboratory experimental Mobian soldiers as weapons or otherwise, as a desperate attempt to save the planet from any extraterrestrial threat, say, for example, Black Doom. Because my guess is that’s what they may have done to Silver or Silver’s parents.

Completely off topic, and it's probably going to be something funny, but it boggles my mind that when Knuckles passes away, the echidna clan will officially be deceased, or to be exact, extinct. Would Knuckles be willing to risk giving some of his samples, or maybe have a family with a different species that isn't an echidna?
