Ghostbusters Turns Forty!
June 8th, 1984, started it all... The summer of 1984 was a very traumatic time for me and the family. And, then there were the movies...

‘THE FLOR CONTEMPLACION STORY 1995’ MOVIE REVIEW: A MIRROR TO OFWs’ CRIES AND BATTLES
"Either in our country or the other, I am still a slave!" - Flor Contemplacion Modern heroes, as they say, because of their courage to leave their families and test their luck abroad – which they didn't find in the Philippines. They are brave enough to solely bring their luggage with them, tons of memories, and surely a bereavement in it. Who are we referring to? Villainess Review: Ms. Valenti (Are You Afraid of the Dark?)

We are getting a sequel to the Tubi Original that came out last year, which is excellent, because it definitely ended with a sequel tease.

A Troubling Trend in the Latest Wave of Cancellations
We have seen a lot of shows get the axe as of late, and we've believed that these cancellations are caused by the fallout from the WGA/SAG-AFTRA strikes. After all, these shows returned with condensed seasons, leaving not much room to improve or continue their already high momentum. Even the network bigwigs are loudly contributing the cancellations to the strikes.
