How To Make Long Distance Work
Long distance relationships are hard, but despite what everyone says they are not impossible. I am the proof. In fact, with all of the negatives that people had put in my head in the months leading up to my departure, I thought it would be a lot harder.

Internet Dating
Internet dating is now a very competitive business. In this "jet" age, people always seem to be in a rush and everything is fast-moving. You get this impression when you see the ads on the TV—instant cereals and smartphones which can enable things to be done at a fraction of the time before the digital age. This needs no time to find the one thing that every human spirit longs for.... and that is love.

Has Class Gone Out of Style?
You've heard it before: both men and women profess to want a partner who carries themselves with classy confidence. For men, this translates to the type of woman who dresses in a way that shows off her confidence, but not all of her lady parts; shows discretion in who she deals with; and never reveals all of her secrets. Conversely, in most women's eyes, a classy man shows pride in his achievements, but does not brag; takes care of his appearance and hygiene; and concentrates his efforts on wooing only one woman.

Meeting Ferris Bueller
I’ve always wanted to be a part of a teen coming of age movie. The high school drama, parties, makeovers, the relatable teen angst, romantic gestures that are a little too grand to be believably conceived by a 16-year-old boy. The main factor stopping my high school experience from becoming one straight from a classic 80s or 90s teenage flick was the love interest. All my favorite films had them — The Breakfast Club, 10 Things I Hate About You, Clueless, Ferris Bueller’s Day Off. And honestly, I had no interest in meeting someone to fulfill that role. Romantic love has always played an extremely minimal role in my life, so much so that for most of my life I truly believed that I was just unable to feel it. But recently, something changed this for me. This is how I learned to feel.

Retribution: Chapter 17
Marianne had been told to go to Tante Catharine's instead when she made her Sunday visits that week. Tante Catharine was having a dinner party to welcome back Edmond and Mathilde, who had decided to return home from their honeymoon because they found Atlantic City terribly boring this late in the season. The word was that Agnès had spent the entire sail back sulking in the cabin and was not speaking to her sister.

How I Chose Spirituality
In 2014 I met my twin flame. I can remember the first time I ever saw him like it was yesterday, & the event happened three years ago. I was four months out of a relationship with a karmic partner. This karmic partner introduced me to the world of cheating & tainted my trust in men. Prior to this, I had never been cheated on & I began questioning what about me would make him do that. My karmic partner seemed to adore me but it was an endless cycle of the same things for months. He would cheat, I would find out, I would try to break up with him, he would cry & tell me loved me. Needless to say, the guilt & longing for approval would send me back his way. However, I had never been the type to stick around energy that wasn't matched to mine, so eventually, we broke up for good.

Retribution: Chapter 16
The last few days of August blurred into the first few days of September. On these days, the sun rose behind a cloud of reddish mist to greet dusty and oppressively hot days. Heat waves could be seen at street level and the dusty wind did little cool things down.

Signs He Has A Side Chick
One of the saddest aspects of our current dating scene is the commonplace existence of a man who openly admits he has a side chick. Only 20 years ago, men actually used to be loyal and used to look down upon guys who openly had affairs. But, now, it's common to the point that it seems socially accepted.
