Understanding your goals to help you achieve them.
The Only Limits, Are the Ones We Set Ourselves
Are you down and not sure where to go? This is the best opportunity you will have, and there is no better time to capitalize on your life. Chances are if you're reading this you can't be much older than 30 or 40. Take a look at yourself, and if you're where you want to be, congratulations. If you're not, stand up, get up, collect yourself and say, "I can do this." Whether you believe it or not, think it, and it will become your main focus. Think about the times you are feeling down, I'd bet you were focusing on negativity and things that could be. Just think of a time where you were happy, then keep thinking those thoughts. You will see your life change dramatically. When we grow, we can empower others, and I am so glad I saw how hard things were growing up. If it wasn't hard I wouldn't know how much effort I really need to put in to never go back there.

How to Get Into the Money Mindset
I grew up in relative poverty. After some unfortunate family occurrences, I was left to experience what poverty and the brink of homelessness were like. My teenage years and early young adulthood were spent enduring nothing but financial and emotional struggle. I felt stuck. I felt like I’d be poor, unfortunate, and hopeless for the rest of my life.

Self-Reflection and Time
Time changes your perspective, especially when you lose ground with your inner self. I had totally exhausted most of my energy into my studies with little success, until I learned the art of self-reflection and time. Sometimes we tend to drift apart by doing what we need to do to survive, and we find ourselves in the midst of confusion and unsound decisions. Conflict is never with anyone, but with self. The complexities of the world leave us totally shrouded in confusion. Self-reflection is the constant reminder of who we are. There are occasions when one neglects the time to reflect. The only way to rectify the issue of neglect is to uncover the layers of who you are. Even though you have been constantly busy with mundane stuff, you feel that you have made progress in reaching some goals. There can never be an end to self-discovery. It’s a constant journey that knows no end.

7 Steps to Effective Goal Setting
Most of us set goals for ourselves. Sometimes these goals are short-term or long-term goals, maybe we even set both types for ourselves. To give you an idea, here are a few examples of short-term goals: Reading 10 pages a day, mediating and exercising for 30 minutes, waking up early and going to bed on time, saving money for a vacation, or choosing to eat healthier. A couple examples of long-term goals could be buying a house in the future, pursue a higher education in college, starting your own business, increase your level of fitness, or starting a family of your own.
