Believe In Yourself
A lot of times we struggle with finding a way to believe in ourselves. We often look for people to believe in us, our dreams, and ambitions and we forget that it takes belief in self. We can beg friends & family to believe in us, but they are not required to do so. Your obligation is to you. The dreams are not going to come by sitting around hoping and wishing that you would make it to the “big time”. But how likely is it someone will call you and say come audition for this show, or come sing at this arena, or come showcase your art at this museum. No, the work you do will be better once you believe that you deserve that goal.

Why Most People Are Wrong Most Of The Time
Einstein taught at Oxford University in the UK during the early '40s. One day the great man set a physics exam for his students. Albert's colleague said to him afterwards, "Dr. Einstein, this exam you just set for the senior class of physics students, isn't that exactly the same exam you set to the same class this time last year?"

Where do we go from here?
Moving forward can be really challenging and heartbreaking but it can also be really liberating. If you are the girl who gave up all her friends to accomplish all your dreams I am with you. If you are the guy who left his girlfriend to put your career first I hear you. And if you are the girl who works her butt off day and night to make her dream come true I am most definitely with you. I know that you cry yourself to sleep when things are hard and nowhere feels safe, I know that your heart breaks when you see her picture on Instagram and she no longer talks to you. But can I say something? Everything and everyone you left behind you did it for you and that is not selfish. You said, "I choose me" and I am proud of you. It is a hard thing to do to choose yourself for the first time. Look at your doctor, lawyer, world traveler, journalist, the artist you did it. And it was all because of you because you ran wild you ran out of your comfort zone. And hear me out life gets really real and if you're the girl who wakes up excited over school registration right now I support you. In fact, I admire you. You know like they say, "do it big or not at all." And I don't want you to get the wrong impression here I want you to live up to these words fully and courageously like the butterfly.

How to Stop Achieving Success Vicariously
I was guilty of enjoying the feeling of achieving success through others. Every time I got obsessed with a particular thing and wanted to achieve great results, I found people who were successful in that area. I spent hours stalking them on the internet. As I discovered more stories about their achievements in the area, I found myself basking in their glory.

8 Core values in Leadership.
What does Leadership mean to you? This blog is more or less my notes that I took while listening to a talk from one of the top people that have organized that platform that is helping people, like myself, to become conscious entrepreneurs. Providing a platform and products that positively impact the planet. While teaching the 7 pillars that have been drastically transforming my life to become a service based, heart centered, leader. One of the main point that really struck me was the idea that business rises and falls on leadership. And to become and embody that, we have to do the inner work that it takes. seems like a no brainer right?

The View From The Back Of The Room
So, I grew up with a single mom, who worked in silicon valley, but who wanted more than anything to own her own business. She'd put her own dreams on hold for so long, mostly because she had me to think of. So, when she had the opportunity to, she’d go to seminars, workshops, trainings, and usually brought me along. This was the late 80s and early 90s, and to my mind, the fun stuff was all in the back of the room.
