in the beginning,

all there was, was a sense

of despair from a broken heart,

seen over the horizon hours

before it actually happened.

distractions were few, I continued

with seeing movies in the theater.

eventually the hurt went away, and

I turned toward having a second job,

something I enjoyed doing

until the events of the

future happened, and life

turned around just enough to

mess me up.
