Going from the one being heart broken
To being lied to
To finding out things
Shedding tears countless nights
Crying in the showers
To not being able to eat
To the one who is doing the heat breaking
You are now that person
You are the person I once despised
You turned into someone you said you'd never be
But why?
Are you tired of getting hurt?
Is this a defense mechanism
Or you simply do not care
Whatever it is
This has to stop
You cannot become the very thing that made you once so depressed
Don't fall back into old habits
You are better than that
Although I know it's hard to be the better person
Keep going, and don't give in
Let this be the last time, and let it go
Know your worth, and your value
You are to beautiful of a person to be on this side of the story
Don't get caught up in the moment when you have nothing to gain
