Blackout
DARKNESS
The lights are out, doors are shut close, it's peaceful and quiet tonight in this neighbourhood as families retire to sleep. I'm sitting outside my house, looking up to the sky and beholding the beauty of this glorious night. The wind is blowing, trees are swaying as somewhere deep inside their leaves storage of starch is taking place, especially in my mangoe tree at my backyard.

Be where your feet are
Be where your feet are We often find ourselves either guilt-tripping in the past or ruminating about the future. The present is all that we have in our hands yet we tend to often forget the importance of living in the moment. In a world that constantly holds our attention, it becomes difficult for us to catch a moment of what our primary requirements are in the present, to catch a glimpse of what it is that we truly want for ourselves. Everything that you have ever dreamed of, wanted and will ever need, all of it stems from the present moment.

A Modern Dating Tale. Content Warning.
In the period of swiping left or right and computerized romance, it's not difficult to accept that certifiable associations are more enthusiastically to drop by. However, once in a while, a dating story arises that revives our confidence in luck and the wizardry of human association. Such is the situation with the wonderful experience of Emily and James, a story that advises us that affection frequently tracks down us in the most startling of spots.

21 lessons I learned in my 21 years of existence
I am 21. These are some reminders I give myself. 1)Be your light- Life fills us with moments of darkness and despair. There are times when we do not wish to strive and live the conniving thing called existence. Be your sunshine, light up your life with the courage of hope

Gratitude
Gratitude To the ones, I am grateful to have in my life. Human existence is itself a convoluted rhythm of experiences that bring merriment and melancholy. It was often difficult for me to find goodness in moments of angst and dejection. Life is not always rays of sunshine, it was a mixture of light and darkness, hope and wistfulness, victory, and defeat, smiles and tears all placated in combinations in my existence. I believe contradiction is the beauty of mortality. The presence of dual forces has led to the creation of mankind. Humans are complex beings evolving every day and hustling towards their goals. But success means nothing to me if I did not have the right people to share it with. The ones who stood by me through thick and thin.

"Letting go of my ego" . Content Warning.
Shadows deep, where whispers lie, A soul entwined, where echoes cry. In veins, a dance of sorrow's bane, Where shadows dance in endless refrain. Each needle's touch, a fleeting bliss, Yet chains of darkness, tighter than this. In veins once pure, now rivers tainted, Where dreams once bright, now forever painted. The body trembles, a vessel frail, As heroin's grip, a merciless tale. With each inhale, a numbing shroud, Yet deeper within, a silent vow.The brain, a battlefield, neurons torn, Memories fade, like petals, worn. In dopamine's embrace, a false solace found, Yet truth be told, it binds, not unbounds. And what of the soul, once vibrant, free? Now shackled by this cruel decree. In shadows deep, it yearns to soar, Yet trapped within addiction's door. But hope remains, a flicker small, Within the heart's eternal hall. For even in the darkest night, A spark of light can ignite. So let us reach, for hands to hold, And break the chains, however bold. For in the journey, lies our fight, To reclaim the day, from darkest night.
