The comfort of unanswered calls:
You know when you haven’t picked up the phone in a while to answer that video call? And you also haven’t showered in a day and a half, so your hair is definitely unkempt. But then in the morning, you wake up and suddenly, you have energy to call back. You muster up the courage for conversation and pick up the phone. You even set it to video call and then, you see ‘Calling’ on the Whatsapp screen. The relief of not seeing the ‘Ringing’. And so you know they won’t answer, but you still keep looking and then you notice your eyebrows and they’re kind of raggedy and you can almost see the little girl in yourself? The girl that had that same messy but smooth hairline, those soft and unbrushed eyebrows, and you can almost swear your eyes are brighter, like they were when you were 6 years old. I love it when the video call isn’t answered and I get to look back at myself in this way. And then I get to sit with that little girl for a while, and I get to have the conversations I was really avoiding. The calls with my younger self.

I love you but give up on you
I met the cat diving, but not you. I met a dog climbing a rock, but not you. I met snow in the summer, but not you. I met a typhoon in winter, but I didn't meet you. I met pigs learning to make nets, but I didn't meet you. I met all the extraordinary but never met the ordinary you.

Pathetic
Pathetic. I’m pathetic. I am. You call me a liar, but I didn’t lie. You say I love it, the drama. Maybe. Maybe I like the feeling of having all eyes on me, because it’s the one way to get all eyes on me. I’m fun and give people attention, your words. I’m fun. And everyone wants someone fun. That’s everyone’s words, whether they say them aloud or not. Why would you want someone sad who feels pain and has insecurities. Why would you want someone who talks about these things.

To look and to feel, simultaneously and harmoniously. When i looked at the chart of the moment, for tomorrow, i saw an archer’s bow. it could give cupid, it could also give Sagittarius (sun opposing jupiter:sagittarius, jupiter opposing venus:libra)

Hmm
If you think of a lie but don't speak it, is it still a lie? If you speak a lie without any thought, is it your truth? Can you love something unconditional when all they do is hate without condition. Do you kill someone you love with kindness or someone that's hated. Is beauty only capable of the eye of the beholder because its skin deep or is beauty only skin deep because that is all the beholder is capable of seeing. How can you see everyone's faults but be blind to your own. If turning a blinds eye goes without saying how can you tell?
