fact or fiction
Is it fact or merely fiction? Fact or Fiction explores the myths and beliefs we hold about what makes a good poem and the poetry rules that were made to be broken.
Why Are You My Whole World
Dear Kansen, All my highs were you, all my lows were you. Every painful memory I have of my teenage years is you, and almost all my favorite memories of high school, you’re in the middle of it. I get Deja Vu when all of our favorite songs are playing, and when all of the lyrics of our favorite songs are sang.

trust
is the truth a wand or is it a wound? or will it wind you up into a bitter end, crippling all caught in its path under an immense pressure that is little more than a communally sealed fate? i could never know. though not for lack of effort or intent; whereas even the weather is a daunting conversation for us. because trust is not just given freely- not anymore, not ever, and incompletely as much as it ever was; and i know i can't have what i don't give freely. this is no life hack so much as it is just an epic life fail to maintain control because that means giving up what's kept you safe, hidden behind your teeth. it's only trust; but even a taste is worth your weight in wool.
