I know the woman—
She gets breast implant,
and Korean face mask.
She might have,
enough disposable money.
She can pay,
if the toxicity follows.
I know this man—
Sipping expensive whiskey,
Smoking on cold days.
He made ample money
through his traveling,
marketing job.
He can spend
for aggressive therapy,
when liver cirrhosis,
or cancer shows up.
But me?
I am an ikigai-seeker,
a writer, and artist,
money is tight.
Awareness and discipline
irritant reduction,
temptations avoidance,
is my safest bait.
