I told him a little about myself––that I have a son in the 9th grade named Jarret and that I'm dipping my toes into online dating—and he said that the best way to impress a date was with one of the best tactical pens on the market. He showed me a pen that had a handcuff key and said, "You never know when you might need this." I asked him what kind of date ends in handcuffs. And he said, "A good one!" We both laughed, I bought that pen, and on my way to my car I wondered if he'd ever killed anyone.

So, I spend plenty of time chatting with the employees and some of the military vets who hang out around there. They're always telling me what I need to get, and since I'm always trying to impress my son Jarret and we regularly go camping, I ended up buying one of the best tactical wallets around. It wasn't an easy choice because there were so many wallets in the running! But, being one of the best everyday tactical essentials, I had to get my hands on one.

Military Spouse
Well, March 10, 2017, is where it began. Met the love of my life and I didn’t know it yet. Went to a friends party and found out it was for him, he was home on leave, a soldier; soon to be my soldier. He was there for a month, in that time span, we learned so much about each other and realized we finally met “our person.” We have this festival in Arizona: “Country Thunder.” The last night there, it was pure magic, the beginning of us. Since then, we’ve been together. Being in nothing but toxic relationships, I went in with an open mind and realized what long distance is like. I didn’t know what to expect or feel...but mixed emotions.
