Early NBA Award Winners
I feel like this can be said about every NBA season, but this one has been very interesting with compelling storylines and stellar play league-wide. Even though we’re a long way from the NBA Award Show in June, fans worldwide are making their predictions for who will win the five major awards. So, with just under 40 percent of the regular season completed, these are my major award winners thus far.

NBA Christmas Day Preview. Top Story - December 2018.
The NBA tradition of playing on Christmas games goes back to 1947, the league's second season. While Christmas is a day to be with family and unwrap presents and eat great food, it's a day to watch some of the best NBA action there is. Even though Nike again refused to give us special edition Christmas jerseys for the second year in a row (is it really that hard, guys?) December 25 should still be an entertaining day. So, here's a rundown of all the games that'll be happening and my predictions.

Kawhi Leonard vs. Scottie Pippen
Kawhi Leonard and Scottie Pippen. Both of these players are known as some of the best two-way players ever. Fantastic defenders who can score the ball efficiently as well. They never got to play against each other, but had the chance, who would win in a battle?

'00-01 Lakers vs. '18-19 Warriors
Everybody knows that this years’ Warriors are a complete powerhouse. They’re on their way to win their third championship in a row. But that has led to recent talks about whether the Lakers of the early 2000s, another three-peat team, could take them on. The style of basketball played back then is completely different as compared to now. The Lakers were dominated by big man Shaquille O’Neal, while today’s game is more of a run-and-gun 3-point shooting style. Both have their strengths, but which team would come out on top?

The 10 Best Basketball Shoes in 2018
Becoming a menace on the court is certainly no trivial task. It takes countless hours of hard work, dedication to your craft, and an incredible attention to detail to develop into an above-average basketball player. One thing that goes largely under-looked though is the importance of a fire shoe game. While talent and dedication are clearly the two biggest indicators of a great basketball player, there is no denying the fact that a quality pair of this year's basketball shoes can instantly elevate a player's game to unseen heights. So as we sift through the best basketball shoes in 2018, keep an eye out for which particular pair fits your ideal player archetype—whether your a sharp shooter like Steph Curry, a rugged rebounder like Andre Drummond, or a well-rounded player like King James himself.

The Toronto Raptors Should Be the Team to Beat in the NBA
The Toronto Raptors were slated to be a playoff team this season, but nobody expected them to become this good, this early. The Raptors are a team that looks unstoppable, as they have the best record in the NBA and are looking like the team to beat in the NBA. After what many consider a drama-filled offseason, the Raptors have seemed to leave all that behind and focus solely on basketball.

Too Big, Too Strong, Too FAT
Being doubted can be one of the most detrimental cases when it comes to athletes. Kids always trying to please parents, trying to excel in their respected sport, and in some cases get their family out of their current situation and into a better one.

The NBA's True MVP
So a few weeks ago, the Golden State Warriors had some major internal strife and turmoil; the first major issue for a team that has gone 281 and 72 in the last five years including this season's modest 16-9 record so far. For those who are not math experts, that's a winning percentage of just about 80 percent (79.6 to be more precise). That is just an astounding number; absolutely insane.
