Best Female Coaches of All Time
Across various sports, female coaches are taking over. It's only a matter of time before the best NFL head coaches include women who have worked their way to the top. Just 10 or 15 years ago, most women had trouble landing positions as assistant coaches, even with impeccable resumes and records, which makes these women stand out. As the best female coaches in the game, their keen eye for strategy and abilities to motivate their athletes bring them a step above the rest. Don’t think these coaches are only within successful college sports programs either; you’ll be surprised to find out which teams these women have led!

Many experts and fans didn't know coming into the 2018 season how Colts QB Andrew Luck would fare this season. After missing the entire 2017 season due to shoulder surgery in his throwing shoulder, there were a lot of murmurs wondering if he will be the same QB again. I Got Tickets to Last Year’s Super Bowl. Here’s How I Did It.
Imagine my horror, watching my beloved Philadelphia Eagles crush the heavily-favored Minnesota Vikings to advance to their first Super Bowl in 14 years. No, I was not upset because they had pulled off the unlikely upset, I was overjoyed about that.

The Current State of New York Sports
New York City—the most unique, important, dynamic city in the world. New Yorkers don't fuck around. New Yorkers have an arrogance about them, a swagger that comes from being the media and financial capital of the world. We are better than you and are not afraid to tell it you your face. Just ask someone who lives in New Jersey—they may think they are the sixth borough but anyone from New York dumps all over them for being inferior. "Nothing stinks like Jersey"—everyone who lives in New York. "Out of towners" may not love us but they flock to live here. New York has and will always be king.

The Noise
"Did you hear...." "He's so good..." "I didn't think he..." All of these things buzzing and whizzing around your head. All. Day. Long. From coaches to scouts, general managers, and teammates, everyone seems to have an opinion about the way you conduct yourself or performed. The less knowledge that one of these individuals holds the more dangerous and damaging that comment can be. The noise is never ending, the speculation even more so.

The People's Champ
Let me be clear: I believe Ben Simmons was the best rookie (yes, he was a rookie; this is not up for debate) and deserved to win the Rookie of the Year award. However, Donovan Mitchell came out of nowhere and made it a much tighter race than anyone anticipated heading into the season. The Utah Jazz had been written off by many following Gordon Hayward's departure for the Boston Celtics, but as the year progressed, Mitchell began to show flashes of greatness; those flashes turned into stretches and those stretches turned into wins, playoff wins in fact. And while the return of eventual Defensive Player of the Year Rudy Gobert helped the Jazz's case, it is indisputable that he carried the team offensively and they would have been lottery-bound without him.

Nick Newell: The MMA Fighter Taking Away All Your Excuses to Skip the Gym
Full Disclosure Part of the reason I’m writing this is that I’m stressed and I can’t sleep. See, I’m a bit of a gym rat, and I think about my fitness level a lot—therefore, I stress about my waning cardiovascular strength a lot.
