How to Control the Urge to Shop
Recently, I had become a subscriber to the magazine known as Reader's Digest. For those who are not familiar with the magazine they have fun topics such as "Meet Canada's Greatest Pets" and "Can Coma Patients Tell Us What They're Thinking?" When reading this magazine of interesting facts I came across an article that really spoke to me. It was called "The Quest to Buy Less." This article stood out to me in particular, because I have an unhealthy lifestyle of buying too many things that I do not need.

"Baby It's Cold Outside" Is Not a Rape Song!
Okay, I have been seeing those posts on Facebook and other social media that "Baby It's Cold Outside" is some kind of sick rape anthem. Umm...no, it is not. Let's take a closer look at the lyrics, shall we? But, before that, we want to look at the history of the song and what were the socially acceptable norms of that day and age, shall we?

I Warned Her
To offer some background information on my dog, I did not raise him, and he was already five years old when we took him in. We received him from our vet family friends because they refused to put him down when his previous owner could not find a home for him. Nacho is my dog and he is a chihuahua, which means that he is not the best playmate for a toddler or a baby. Chihuahuas are usually patient, but not with toddlers unless slowly introduced. To chihuahuas, babies are aliens that they're brains cannot comprehend, therefore it is a danger.

How to Avoid Bad Relationships
In today's society, it is hard to find someone the good old fashioned way. You no longer walk into a bar with your friends and guys walk up to you offering you a drink. Now, your head is in your phone, and you find it next to impossible to find someone to be with. Nowadays it seems like the best way to meet your soulmate is either online or through work. Many people though do not feel comfortable to find someone at work because it might cause drama in the office and no one wants that primarily if you are in your twenties or thirties. So, you choose to go online, and that is perfectly fine. However, you need to identify how to spot the right person online. I decided to put a list together of whom to avoid for men and women.

The opera is one of my favorite pastimes to enjoy. I like going out dressing up and looking like I am a millionaire. This is one of the operas that you do not want to miss. Romeo and Juliette is also a good starting point for you if you have not enjoyed opera before. Everyone is familiar with the story of Romeo and Juliette, so it is easy to follow along. Shakespeare's famous play is transformed into an opera, and it is entirely a spectacle that you do not want to miss.

"Come on, again!" Black Storm yelled from across the gym."Get into my brain, read what I am about to do." This kind of training is what Black Storm loved to do, he would make me repeat something over and over again until it was drilled into my head. I was already feeling pretty beaten up, and we had been doing the same exercise for three hours. I exhaled and inhaled, and I lunged at him with all I had, he dodged me easily. I tried to remember what I did last time that I got into his head. My thoughts were interrupted when Trevor came in he walked along the sides of the gym holding his iPad and tapping things as he walked over to the electricity box when something had hit my face. It was Black Storm he had punched me, and I could feel my face swelling, it was impossible to think of what excuse I had this time for wearing a swollen face to school.

As a huge fan of food, I tend to forget where it originally came from. Such as croissant I always just assumed this was a french food, however, recently, I have learned that it actually originated in Austria. So, naturally, this inspired me to write a list about the foods which came from somewhere else than I had originally thought.

Black Storm stood in front of me. I was unfamiliar with Black Storm because he had no comic books about him, but he was roughly my height, maybe a little taller he wore a black mask that covered most of his face, and he had dark black hair to go with the mask. I could see Black Storm's ice blue eyes peeking through the holes of the mask. He wore slender boots up to his knees, but they had buckled them up, but they looked light when he walked. He wore black spandex with accents of baby blue, making his eyes pop. He had black biker gloves that fitted perfectly to his hands. He wore a black chin guard, on anyone else it would have looked stupid, but on Black Storm it made him look menacing.
