auricomous… Angie’s Antics
auricomous: having golden or blond hair *** Despite being newly acquainted with auricomous, we're now fast friends. I was Daddy’s golden-haired princess. I stoutly protested as a youngster, with bouncy blonde ringlets, “I’m not Blombie!” (Blondie). Later, honey blonde became what I generously deludedly refer to as platinum blonde.

coccineous
Coccineous: bright red *** Bright red has always been my favourite colour, which is understandable since I love strong bold or contrasting colours. As an extrovert, red always excites, energises and draws me like a magnet. Except when it doesn't! Red traffic lights and Stop signs annoy, irritate and infuriate me. However, Red remains my stalwart friend and safeguard. Without her, my cherry red blood could spill and then I’d be pushing up daisies up on a hill. So, Red it is, and Red it remains... she's the colour for me!

Mr Sociable!
He’s so gorgeous! So happy, friendly, sociable! Aw shucks! Thanks! I hear it every time I go for Walkies… Hear it every time someone comes to steal my amazing Mum. Which happens way too often, if you ask me… and you should ask me! I wish you would ask me. Guess what Mr Sociable would woof back at such a silly dilly thing-a-ma-jing?

brachiotomy
Brachiotomy: the amputation of an arm. *** As an ex-nurse, I have strong recollections of a patient who sustained a traumatic Brachiotomy in a traffic accident. Bethany Hamilton is a great inspiration to me — as post shark attack — she is living life to the full, one arm down. I am frequently triggered by the sight of vehicle drivers casually driving around with their arm draped outside their window… begging to have it removed!
