Counting My Blessings Always
Okay, well maybe today! I am happily married on this Saturday, that's right and every day is Saturday when you retire, and every night is Friday night! I have been blessed with the best in-laws, in spite of being married three times.

Fiction Or Not
As I wrote a story about the picture below, I was so upset that I had not gotten a better photo, when I saw it! A small circular light in the bushes. Not just one but others too. The fog looking material in the picture I thought at first was my lack of photography skill when I realized that may not be it at all! It may be why the critter doesn’t look familiar and no one that looked at it could really say what it is. And even though I was stopped and looking in the direction of the critter, the critter only looked toward me for seconds, and then looked back again at the small circular light. I thought it odd that the critter didn’t move into the woods. I left shortly, and thought that maybe he was hit and needed time to get okay. I let it go until today!

2022 New Years Resolutions
Sara sat down to write out her New Years Resolution’s. Not one but a whole list. For many years she has listened to other people’s New Years resolutions. She has never taken it seriously. However, this summer her class of 1972 is having a fifty year all class reunion. Now, if there was any time to get serious about a new year’s resolution wouldn’t it be this year?

Start The Morning With The Sunrise
Mexico is a beautiful place to visit. Where we are staying the weather is warm, the ocean is close, and the people are so friendly. I am so glad that I can work from home in Mexico. My boss went to bat for me to be the first to work away from the office in Minnesota.

Did Curiosity Really Kill The Cat
The young man above is curious and you can tell that he is a curious fellow in the picture above. The woman next to him is curious also, but you can't really tell if she is watching what he is watching. She is though as she almost always knows exactly what is going on around her. I found out that a term for this is hypervigilance. And you can bet her mother may have it too. And my guess is he comes by his curiosity naturally as he probably comes from a long line of curious men and women.

The Start Of His Bucket List
He watched a movie with Jack Nicholson and Morgan Freeman back in 2007, called The Bucket List. He enjoyed it but wasn't really into the idea of going off and completing a list of things that he wanted to do before he died. Maybe it was his age and he was not feeling it. Because he did enjoy the movie as Jack Nicholson has been one of his all time favorites in movies and always seems to come through, no matter the movie. He decided it was a good movie and one apparently he hadn't forgotten!

My Watch Is Broken
I was with a small group of reiki practitioners at the hospital in town, sending reiki to all of the people in the hospital. I was told the hospital was full of patients and the staff were overwhelmed and needed help. It was such a great idea and I just had to go. I could imagine how powerful that could be, knowing how just a small reiki circle can do so much for just a few.
