The Schizophrenic Mom
Bio
I am a mother of 2 precious angels who drive me slightly more crazy
than I already am with a diagnosis of schizophrenia.
When asked "are you crazy?!" my favorite come back is:
"yes! And I have the papers to prove it! How about you?" LOL

A woman, a back road, and a crescent moon.... Content Warning.
Short note from the author: I was scared to write about this... because: 1. What if I was in the wrong for wanting to do remote photography in the evening (between approximately 9 and 10pm) with my kids bundled up in the car trying to relax them enough to go to sleep? No, He Never Hit Me.... Content Warning.
The question got asked again: did he ever hit you? I wracked my brain for an answer and could only remember the times he almost hit me with his fist making contact with the wall or the door a few inches from my head. "No, he never hit me."

I was letting my friend know that I may not be very responsive in the next several days because of situations that I am dealing with in my life and they responded with the understanding that I am a busy person.

In my article for my New Year's goals (Perseverance), I had a SMART goal specifically for Vocal: In the next 3 months, I want to write 2 articles on Vocal per week in order to increase my visibility, to practice perseverance, and to continue improve the success of my blog in an effort to hit an average of $0.50 per month in reads. Baseline: I made an average of $0.40 per month on Vocal during the last quarter of 2024.

My Musical Journey of 2024. Content Warning.
In January, I listened to a lot of sea shanty style music or Irish jig music. I needed the upbeat tunes to help me stay present for my children as I was fighting an upward battle with feeling like I could never make it out of my life's circumstances whole.
