Mental Health And Your Mind
Mental health is a topic that even in the year 2021 still makes people uncomfortable. Many people avoid this topic by changing the subject or telling a person, "Everything will be fine and you will be okay." Not saying that advice is not true but, many people dealing with a serious mental health issue need better guidance and advice than that. In recent years, people have thankfully begun to take mental health more seriously. In this article I will be talking about mental health and how to heal your mind.

Mediate On It
there’s dimensions of thought. you could also call this, levels of consciousness, or ways of perceiving your reality. the point of life, whether you are aware yet or not, is to go through these cycles. to continue the evolution of your mind or perception, until life becomes not a struggle, but an act of pure creation & aliveness. a place where who you believe you are, have been, or could be, falls into irrelevance.

Meditation Posture and Positions
The “When I first started,” story. Meditating can seem like an unachievable practice at times. As a beginner, I thought the most important part was getting into that headspace. Turns out, I was wrong. It was my posture. I would spend so much time during my sessions unable to focus, fidgeting because I was uncomfortable or in pain, trying to stay in the perfect position with the perfect posture.

Guided and Unguided Meditation
Another one? Really? I have to admit, this gave me some difficulty writing. It isn’t that I have nothing to say regarding either meditation practice but rather it is mostly the same information you can find on every meditation site out there. I feel like I’m going to need an emergency session just to get through this.
