dog
It's no coincidence that a dog is a man's best friend; they're more faithful than most other animals, and more faithful than many people.
The Cons About Living with Multiple Dogs
Don't get me wrong, I adore having a large pack! I wouldn't have it any other way and life with just one dog wouldn't cut it for me, but there are things I miss about having just Winry, the first of the pack, and things that are very frustrating about having more than one. Even more so than the obvious and first on the list, which is money. If one dog costs a certain amount, you can bet that a second dog will most likely double that! Now, over the years and with many foster dogs coming and going, I have plenty of supplies to where I can bring home a new dog or puppy and not spend a cent on things like bowls, collars, leashes, toys, etc; however, they still raise your cost in total with eating extra food and the big whammy—vet bills. Don't let that deter you, though! Having a second, third, fourth, fifth, or sixth dog is very rewarding and worth it in every way, but that isn't what this post is about, is it?

Tips for Frenchie Owners
I grew up with a border collie and a Labrador. They were my best friends from the day I was born until my border collie Jessie died when I was 8. It was tough losing my first furry friend Shelly, but when Jessie died it was a very quiet household.

All Things Dogs
Everyone wants the best things for their pooches, but are we REALLY giving Fido the things they need? Grooming All dogs need a good bath eventually! For your short haired puppy, a bath is simply throwing them in the tub, lathering them in shampoo, rinse and dry, right? Not always.

Midnight
I adopted her when she was young. I don't know how old she was. But she was still a puppy I know that. Her original name was Julie. We had to change it, my aunt's name is Julie we didn’t want to get confused. So we changed it to Midnight. Midnight was a sweet girl, she was my favorite dog. I had other dogs at the time. Come to think of it, I had a lot at the time. I had Dallas, my Bullmastiff. I had Buddy, my Corgi. And I don't recall, if I had Paris at the time, but I know she wasn't around then. Paris was my Boxer. Anyway, back to Midnight. The story went, that my dad had known two college girls, they found her in a pool an empty pool she was whining, wanting to get out. So the girls, told my father, he said, and I quote “Oh my wife, she's good with dogs we’ll take care of her until we can find her home.”

How a Chihuahua Changed My Life
I've always been a dog person. I can't remember a time in my life that we haven't had a dog. This being said, there are some breeds that I really haven't had the best experiences with. And yes, chihuahuas fall heavily into this category.

The Alapaha Blue Blood Bulldog
The Alapaha Blue Blood Bulldog is a sub-type of American bulldog created in the 1980s by a woman from Rebecca Georgia named Lana Lou Lane. There are many different stories of the breed's origin that range from a lost breed in the isolated mountains of Georgia to a pitbull mix running down the road and being bred by a Catahoula cur. From the DNA testing that has recently begun and the pedigrees in existence, we can safely surmise that the Alapaha is founded from various lines of American Bulldog, Colby lined Pitbull Terriers and a dog carrying the merle gene, most likely a Catahoula or a Dane.
