Best Basketball Shooting Equipment
Scientists agree that it takes about 10,000 hours of practice to master a skill. That is 10,000 hours of dribbling a basketball, shooting hoops, or agility training in order to live up to your greatest potential. Even at a professional level, players seek sports training, enduring hours of practice to build their stamina and heighten their strengths. While basketball is one of the most popular sports in the world, being showcased to millions of people and recognized as an Olympic sport, these professionals were only able to get there through years of basketball training.

Evaluating Every NBA Team's Start to the Season
The NBA season has just begun, but there is already so much to talk about. From LeBron James in his new purple and gold stitches to teams that we should be panicking about, there's a lot to look at from each team. So I'm going to talk about some key things that have stuck out to me after these first couple weeks, from every one of the 30 NBA teams.

Best Exercises for Basketball Players
Sports players and teams recognize the importance of bringing science and medicine into the game to optimize performance. With different players requiring different performance attributes and exploiting different skills, athletes often gear their workouts specifically toward certain objectives. From core exercises for soccer players to upper body workouts for baseball players, basketball is no exception to this rule.

Thoughts on the NBA Season so Far
Last night, another ho hum night in the NBA-—a Monday night no less that usually should be dominated by Monday Night Football (Patriots-Bills was a snooze fest), Klay Thompson decided he was going to go absolutely bonkers and set the record for three pointers made in a game. After starting the season shooting 5/36 from three, Klay decided to hell with that and shot 14/24 from three last night for 52 points and breaking his teammates' record (Steph Curry that is) for threes in a game. So much for a slump. In the first half alone, again the FIRST HALF, he was 10/14 from three with 36 points. Casual. Oh, and the half time score read like this:

NBA Debates
Recently, I read a bunch of NBA opinions on Instagram and I thought they were very interesting. People all around have tons of different opinions, some popular and some unpopular. So let's take a look at some of these predictions and determine if they are true or false.

LA-Bron: The Good, the Bad, and the Spitting - Part 1. Top Story - October 2018.
Pre-Script: I was going to do an entire the good, the bad, and the ugly type article, but I realized it would be far too long so I'm breaking it up into three articles, this being the first. Expect Part 2 in the coming week.

Rockets-Lakers Brawl
Everyone who watched the NBA saw the brawl between Chris Paul, Rajon Rondo and Brandon Ingram. I’m sure all you Laker and LeBron haters totally stood up for CP3 and condoned what Rondo and Ingram did, while all you Bron lovers loved how Ingram and Rondo stood up for their team. Well, as a fan of neither team (I personally don’t like the Rockets nor the Lakers), I want to break down what happened.

2018-19 NBA Rookie Predictions
This year's draft class has given us some great talent and potential. It'll be hard to match last year's rookie class but we will see some great young stars rising up. I'm gonna rank each player on the team that drafted them and grade them on how their rookie year will be. This DOES NOT mean I am predicting their future career. One of these kids very may well have a terrible rookie year yet rise to be a future star, or vice versa. I am just ranking their ROOKIE years only and how much of an impact they will make on their new team.

2018-19 NBA MVP Predictions
There's always a lot of controversy about who should bring home the MVP trophy. Last year for example, James Harden had an exceptionable season and was awarded but people argued that LeBron James had played his best season of his career. Russell Westbrook also had another triple-double averaging season, Anthony Davis was a runner-up along with runner-up for DPOY, and the two Warriors Kevin Durant and Steph Curry played exceptionably well. Question is, who will win it this year? These are the top 5 candidates to win the MVP.

Luka Doncic: Boy Wonder
Whenever the basketball world is introduced to a European prospect, we all typically call BS, often rightfully so. For every Dirk Nowitzki and Tony Parker and Giannis Antetokounmpo (only took me two tries to spell that LOL), we get dozens of players who never reach their potential, failing to be even average NBA players.

NBA Season Is Back and That Makes Me Very Very Happy
We are back everyone. Time to rejoice because the NBA season tipped off this week. The greatest league in America is back playing meaningful games and I am here for all of it. Now that beach season has come to an end (which makes me sad), NBA season, even while being a die hard New York Knicks fan (which is like having a terminal illness), basketball season is the perfect pick me up. And this season is going to be excellent; so many story lines and narratives this year to talk about and I will be talking about a lot of it this year.
