Are You A Fan Or Are You A Big Goose? Who Isn't A Big Fan Of Dr. Suess?
I heard there was a Suess week in March of 2020. I forgot this year and I missed it. His day was March 2, 2022. In honor of this, I am posting a poem I wrote in 2017. And on March 2, 2020, I wore my Dr. Suess sweatshirt and my green pants. I still have that outfit, so maybe a picture will appear someday!

Gifts From Co-Workers When On Leave Fighting Cancer!
I had just started work when a co-worker began telling me how she asks for forgiveness rather than permission as she gets more done that way! Then she said, oh, I suppose I shouldn't have told my new supervisor that. She was doing her best to orient me to working for the state. We laughed!

Spending The Day With An Old Person
I was going to get dressed, I kicked off my underwear in the bathroom on a pile of laundry that would be washed today. I went to make my bed and I found a pair of underwear forming a lump in my blankets. My first thought was, were they mine? Of course. Who else wears grannie panties and who else would be sleeping in my bed! Okay, that was just for a laugh! I didn’t really think that. But what I did think was, didn’t I just kick off some panties? Where did this pair come from?

My Grandson Said, "A lot of people in my family have birthdays on the 21st!"
When picking my grandson up from driver's education, we started talking about his older brother that was visiting from Alaska. I asked if his brother would be here until his birthday. He said, he thought he was leaving next week, which meant he wouldn't be here for his birthday in April.

Drivers Education And Behind The Wheel Sessions In March
My mother taught me how to drive when I was a preteen. She taught many of us how to drive at that age. She taught my siblings, cousins, and many other family members. She wasn't operating a school, but she was available to teach anyone interested in learning.
