One Way The City Of Knoxville, Tn, Does 4th of July
Highlighting East Tennessee, and the amazing things that happen here. Yesterday, was the second year in a row my family celebrated the 4th Of July at the World's Fair Park in Knoxville, for multiple reasons. Of all the holidays, American Independence Day is the one holiday that we celebrate that I take a back seat to, delegate duties, and stress less about.

Like Flowers - Children Should Grow At Their Own Pace
Three Children In - And All So Vastly Different. My daughters were much faster at everything than my son. Both of them threw away their binkies at 3 to 4 months. By the time they were a year old they were sleeping through the night and only out of sippy cups. They both started crawling at 6 months, and before they were a year old, they were running around the little playground.

A Family That Games Together, Stays Together.
Gaming has been an important part of my life since I don't know when. One of the very few things my 'biological' father did with me when I was young was play boardgames with me. Candyland, Sorry, Operation, that terrifying pop-up game with the shapes, and you had to put them all in the holes before the damn thing gave you a heart attack by popping up with an obnoxious noise? When I was younger and he was in my life it was one of the very few happy memories I have with him.

Creating Space in A Small Space
We live in a small house. It's less than 1000 square feet, it's two bedrooms and its trusty old walls are home to 4 adults, 3 children, 4 (big) dogs, and.... a lot of cats. Thankfully I have acreage - and I love my old house. I inherited it from my Grandfather, and I am blessed and thankful. And at first, it was perfect... when it was just me.

The Vocal 'Book' On Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome
Hello gents and lady-gents! So I wrote a BUNCH of articles on Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, hoping it'll help people. But I have come to an afterthought... and that is my PCOS articles are scattered around my profile like rose petals in a garden. And that's not quite helpful. So I have written a book on the subject... or rather an article with links to every PCOS article that I have written.

My Partner Has PCOS - What Should I Do?
It's hard having PCOS, so I can only imagine it's hard to be with someone with PCOS. I say this as a woman with (polycystic ovarian syndrome) PCOS and who also has a loving supportive partner that I am constantly apologizing to for my moods. If you are in a relationship with a woman who says that she has PCOS, it helps to know what that exactly means. Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome has been known to affect relationships, the woman's self-esteem, and thus ultimately her confidence in even her partners.

Treatment of PCOS
What does treating PCOS look like? When talking about the elusive 'treatment' or 'cure' or 'fix' for Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), endometriosis, and other female hormonal imbalances, there are no real steady answers in the medical field as to what would improve this. Different doctors will tell you different management symptoms. Some will put you on birth control and metformin if your periods are severely irregular and your body is showing signs of insulin resistance. Some will give you a diabetic diet and tell you to lose weight. Some will suggest gentle doses of hormones if your particular case involves your body being low in estrogen or progesterone. Herbs, supplements, and vitamins are also suggested.

A main income source just isn't enough anymore. Supplemental income is all the rage nowadays - and Gen Z and Millenials have been getting creative for a couple of decades now. One of the huge platforms that began as a small website and quickly became a rage was eBay.com.

A List Of Ways To Kick-Start A Woman's Period
A woman's body is like a... They are a seething hole of HATRED. That's what our bodies are like. And for women who develop endocrine imbalances, that is especially true, and the people our bodies hate the most are the hosts. As if periods aren't bad enough, imagine a period where your womb is throwing a Texas-sized fit about having to do its job - so it cramps with no blood, you experience all of the hormones, hunger, fatigue, but there's no blood.

So you're gonna publish your book huh? That's amazing. Congrats, first of all for getting your book done. That's an achievement all in itself. It's not easy to get an entire manuscript done. A Teenage Talk All Teens Should Get
I remember a day, sometime just before I began high school as a freshman. My older cousin had just left, after coming over to see if I was excited to go to the same school as him. He certainly seemed like he was excited for it. We'd grown up to be close, and he acted more like a big brother than a cousin.
