Ameriguese Cuisine
There is something so special and almost intimate about food. When you break bread with others, you connect with them. You open up and they do, too. I love cooking and connecting with people over food. Any food. Sweet, savory, drive through, high end... It doesn't matter, I love it all. Not just for the delicious flavors, but for the connection.

Score Big with This Super Bowl Snack
For me, the Super Bowl is a modern version of the classic tale of two opposing forces battling it out to see who emerges victorious. This year, it’s even more symbolic with a king holding steadfast to the throne and a daring prince rallying to replace him. This story within the story is one of the reasons I'm excited to watch the game. Oh... and the food.

Jollof Rice and Small Chops
A lot of Nigerians say, “any gathering without jollof rice is just a meeting”. I personally won’t find it funny if I get to a Nigerian event and there’s no jollof rice (like for real!) and I believe I can say the same for a lot of Nigerians. Although history has shown that jollof rice originated from Republic of Senegal, other west African countries like Ghana, Nigeria, Liberia and Cameroon have adopted it. It’s almost impossible to attend a Nigerian gathering/event that doesn’t have jollof rice on the menu, at least in my twenty-five years on earth I’ve never experienced that. It’s like an abomination, REALLY!

Superbowl Game Day Grub! 🏈
Are YOU a huge sports fan? Maybe just a football fan? Or just a Superbowl fan? ..Or a fan of any excuse to indulge in mouth savoury snacks on a weekend? Drink some beer? Or a great gambler? Bets ! Yes I know many people use this opportunity to test their luck and win BIG . I admit, I am more of a "snack" fan than a huge sports fan. I do enjoy watching Basketball and Track and Field. But the topic on hand is the super bowl , particularly Football.

Gluten Free Game Day
Game Day means something a little different around our house than it does for most folks. Sure, we've been known to watch the Super Bowl. Who hasn't? And we might have an aunt who has an Alabama t-shirt she insists on wearing so she can scream "Roll Tide!" at the top of her lungs.

According to 2020 statistics, there were some 78 million individuals in the world who lead this lifestyle. That's like 10% of the world's population. Tips for take away
The corona virus has made society close down on several occasions. In Denmark everything shot down on 13th of march, and then slowly during the warm months both restaurant, bars, educations, shops etc. began opening again. Actually the reopening of things went surprisingly well. The infection numbers stayed low, which made the summer quite mild. But then came the cold. And the virus started to spread. This has recently made restaurants and bars in a large number of communes to shot down again. Hence, only take away is possible. As a lunch company we are still open for service catering in companies. However, many people are working from home, which makes it hard for lunch companies as well. Same goes with restaurants who are only aloud to serve take away. But why is this worth talking about?
