Mindfulness
If there is one thing that I’ve learned through the years, it’s that the mind can be a powerful tool to help guide us and make sense of the world around us. It can help us create works of art, it can help us with various skills and talents, and it can even help us overcome challenges. However, despite the amount of good the mind can do, it can also do a lot of harm. While the mind has indirectly attributed to suffering in the world through creations and actions that have caused physical harm, it can also directly cause suffering to the individual it belongs to. This is usually brought about through ruminating on things that may cause fear, anger, or sadness.

A Beginner's Dive into Yoga + Meditation
The yoga world can appear really intimidating. Modern media depicts thin, fit practitioners with their ankles behind their ears and balancing on their heads. I get why a lot of people feel like they “can’t” do yoga! But that’s unfortunate, because the physical strength is such a small part of this greater lineage of practices for your body and your mind. I’ve been practicing for over five years and I still struggle with headstands! That doesn’t mean you can’t try yoga.

Question: "I need help going deeper. What can I do?"
This is a question that comes up from time to time because it is simply assumed we all relax with the same ease. The same can be said for people's belief that everyone has the same skill, ability, and potential for how they concentrate. When I get a question like this I can see that the desire and follow through is there. This question gets at the knowledge, skills, and ability to get a better outcome from what they are experiencing. This can be an opportunity to bring together different methods of trance in order to adjust potential energy in the body and mind to relax even more with hypnosis. If you've got my new book, Instruction of The Hypno Dom: A Master/slave Lifestyle Development Training on Erotic and Authoritarian Hypnosis on amazon you might see how this question could be combined session with Relational Meditation and hypnosis working well together. After reading this question let know if you would answer differently, and why.

Meditation 101
Why should you meditate? I feel like the people around me frequently ask why I meditate and what it even does, or they ask how they can get into it. Meditating at first can feel intimidating. There are also multiple types of meditation and it may take a few tries to figure out what resonates with you at this point in your life.
